Rare first edition, here in a gift-binding, of Rottbøll’s sermon to commemorate the accession of King Christian VII to the throne.

Christian Michael Rottbøll (1729–1780) was a Danish theologian and priest. He served as the parish priest at Trinitatis Church from 1766 to 1771. In 1770, he was appointed bishop of Viborg, a position he held until his death in 1780.
