Uniformly bound in five contemporary full calf binding with five raised bands and gilt lettering to spines, vol. 1 being slightly different, leather on spine being slightly darker and different marbled paper to boards. All edges coloured in red. Previous owner's name in contemporary hand to title-page. Wear to spines, expecially on vol. 1., which also has some scratches to boards.
