4to. Uniformly bound in two contemporary full calf bindings with five raised bands and richly gilt spines. Small paper label pasted on to top of spine (Inventory number in Valdemar's Castle's library). Ex-libris (Juel, owner of Valdemars's Castle) pasted on to pasted down front end-papers. Boards with scratches and slightly bended. Back board of vol. 2 soiled in upper outer margin and broken vertially. Previous owner's name crossed out on title-page in vol. 1.
