4to. In contemporary full calf with four raised bands and gilt lettering and ornamentation to spine. Binding with some scratches and stains. Front board and lower part of spine with repairs. First ten leaves with dampstain in upper margin leaf C - CIII (pp. 17-22) supplied in manuscript in contemporary hand. A few marginal repairs thoughout, otherwise internally nice and clean. Printed on good paper. (32), 1014, (86) pp. + frontispiece.
