First appearance of the paper in which Debierne announced his discovery of a new radioactive element found in uranium residues.

"In 1906 Professor Hahn discovered radioactinium between actinium an actinium X. Actinium emanation, or "action", like radon, is an inert gas, was discovered independently by F. Giesel and André Debierne." (Weeks "Discovery of the Elements", p. 307.
