First appearance of Herschel's second large paper on sattelites. Herschel discovered Uranus in 1781, and this paper is concerned
with the sattelites of Uranus (The Georgiean Planet).

"His two long papers of 1798 and 1815 (the paper offered) were decvoted almost entirely to sattelites. In 1798 he made the astonishing announcement that the motion of the two known satellites of Uranus was retrograde. he also believed, as the result ofnumerous difficult observations, that he had discovered four additional sattelites, but their existence has not been confirmed."(DSB).
