First edition. In this scarce and unusual work Salimbini combines moral philosophy with elementary mathematics. In the first part he discusses aspects of moral philosophy, discussiong the ideas of Spinoza, Hobbes, Bayle, Wolff, Pufendorff etc. while examining questiions of moral obligation, freedom of the will, atheism etc.
The socond part is concerned with the elements of mathematics, discussiong the calculus, logarithmns, arithmetic, geometry, proportions and different kinds of equations, spherical geometry etc.
